3- Train community actors as trainers to help their respective
communities to fight HIV/AIDS and STIs through the "down to top" approach; |
Empowering stake holders as
volunteers. |

4- Take care of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and vulnerable children. |

5- Constuct emergency Health units in areas with no
health services;
6- Provide potable water to local communities with no
access to drinking water.
